Spring Days Ahead
Bluey Bluebird sat on a fence post in Kelowna, BC. He was contemplating life and watching the world go by.
“It sure is getting warm outside these days,” said Bluey Bluebird to himself. “I can see the world changing right in front of my eyes and what a beautiful sight it is.”
Bluey Bluebird was thrilled as he sat and watched the snow melt and the temperature rise. He knew warmer days were ahead. He knew the leaves on the trees would soon be out and he knew green grass would soon be sprouting through.
“Spring days are ahead,” shouted Bluey Bluebird, happily.
Bluey Bluebird was so happy that spring was there, he stood on the fence post and spread his wings, letting the gentle spring breeze flow through his feathers.
“What a beautiful spring day!” exclaimed Bluey Bluebird, knowing there were many more spring days ahead.
