Apartment 14 – A Down Home Christmas

Lost Christmas Tree was still trying to find the apartment in the Christmas Building that he was supposed to spend Christmas at. He saw Apartment 14 so he knocked on the door. It took a few minutes for someone to answer the door.

“Let me turn the music down,” said the young man that answered the door.

Lost Christmas Tree could hear country music blasting. He saw several people all dressed in overalls and straw hats. He saw mounds of food that smelled so delicious.

“Sorry about that,” said the young man returning to the open door. “My name is Hillbilly Bob. We are having our annual down home Christmas. I apologize for the music being too loud. I am sure that is why you are here.”

“Actually I didn’t come here for that,” said Lost Christmas Tree. “I didn’t even hear the music until you opened the door. My name is Lost Christmas Tree. I am trying to find out which apartment I am supposed to spend Christmas at. Are you waiting for a Christmas tree delivery?”

“No,” said Hillbilly Bob. “I already have my Christmas tree.”

“Oh,” said Lost Christmas Tree. “Well, continue with your down home Christmas. I hope you have a Merry Christmas.”

“Thank you,” said Hillbilly Bob. “Good luck with your search and Merry Christmas to you as well.”

Lost Christmas Tree continued his search for the apartment he is supposed to spend Christmas at.
