Pumpkin Patch Party
“This has been a very successful autumn season,” said Pumpkin Prince.
“Yes it has,” said Pumpkin Fairy, looking at the pile of money that Pumpkin Prince put on the table. “We sold every pumpkin we had for double the profit.”
“We have enough to pay all the bills and have plenty left over,” said Pumpkin Prince.
“I think a bonus is in order for all the staff,” said Pumpkin Fairy.
“I agree,” said Pumpkin Prince. “I kind of thought you would say that so I already had that budgeted in.”
“And we still have this much left?” asked Pumpkin Fairy.
“Yes,” said Pumpkin Prince.
“I think a celebration is in order,” said Pumpkin Fairy. “Let’s have a pumpkin patch party.”
“That is a great idea,” said Pumpkin Prince.
Everyone at the Happy Pumpkin Patch was thrilled about the pumpkin patch party. They all pitched in to help set it up.
The pumpkin patch party was a huge success. There was refreshments, plenty of food and lots of dancing.
“I am so happy,” said Pumpkin Fairy as she danced with Pumpkin Prince.
“I am too,” said Pumpkin Prince.
