A Fun Autumn Day
It is an autumn day. It is bright and colourful, just the way Quebite likes it. Quebite loves autumn. He loves how colourful the leaves on the trees are.
He loves it so much that he would like to go outside and play. However, he is an elusive creature and he would like to stay that way.
Quebite stuck his head out from behind the rock he lived under. He looked ahead of himself and he looked behind himself. He looked to the left and then to the right. There was nobody in sight.
He stuck his head a little further out and then, a little further. There was nobody else around. Quebite came out from behind the rock. He jumped and jumped and ran around as fast as he could go.
“This is what I like,” said Quebite. “I am having the time of my life.”
Quebite was happy that he was able to enjoy autumn. It is rare that there is nobody around.
“That was so much fun,” said Quebite.
Quebite was able to run around for a good hour, until he thought he heard footsteps. Then he ran down into his tunnel behind the rock and hid.
“Nobody knows I exist,” sang Quebite in his tunnel. “I am elusive. I want to stay elusive and nobody knows I live.”
