A Fairy Fun Prank

Jackie Jester was drawing pictures on April Fool’s Day. He drew a very nice picture of a fairy. Once he had finished colouring it in, he thought about what he could do with it. He saw his mother walk by. He knew exactly what he was going to do with it.

Jackie grabbed a roll of tape. He took his picture into the bedroom and he taped it to his mother’s mirror. He stood on the one side of his mother’s dresser and crouched down. He waited.

Jackie didn’t have to wait long. Mother came into the bedroom. She went over to her mirror, picked her hair brush off the dresser and proceeded to brush her hair. That is when she looked into the mirror.

“I am such a beautiful fairy today,” said Mother, looking at Jackie’s picture of a fairy on her mirror.

“You are always beautiful,” said Jackie, coming out of his hiding spot. “April Fools!”

“That was a good prank you played on me,” said Mother.” Well done!”

“Thank you,” said Jackie, very proud of himself.
