Moonlight Dance for Shammy Rock

“It is St. Patrick’s Day,” said Andrew, a young boy that lived in Quebec City, Quebec.

“I can’t believe it has been a whole year since I came to life,” said Shammy Rock.

“Time sure does fly,” said Andrew.

“It sure does,” said Shammy Rock. “It just seems like yesterday that we saw that bright light fly across the horizon from that meteorite. That sure was some bright light.”

“Yes,” said Andrew. “It sure was. It was as bright as the full moon in the sky.”

“Full moon!” exclaimed Shammy Rock, looking up into the sky. “Oh, this is call for a celebration.”

“Do you think a full moon is good luck?” asked Andrew.

“A full moon could be good luck,” said Shammy Rock. “I know how we can tell for sure.”

“Let’s dance!” exclaimed Shammy Rock, taking Andrew by the hand.

Shammy Rock and Andrew danced by the bright light of the full moon.

“Do you feel any luck?” asked Shammy Rock.

“Yes,” said Andrew. “I do. I feel I am lucky because I have the best friend in the world.”

“Thank you,” said Shammy Rock. “I feel the same way.”

Moral of this Story:
