“J” is for Joy

Alphabet Allie spent the day with her friend, Janie. They were at the mall doing some Christmas shopping.

“The mall is full of joy,” said Alphabet Allie. “‘J’ is for joy.”

“We have to jump right in and do our Christmas shopping,” said Janie. “‘J’ is for jump.”

“I can hear jazz music,” said Alphabet Allie. “Let’s dance a jig. ‘J’ is for jazz and jig.”

“I am jealous,” said Janie. “I wish I knew how to dance. ‘J’ is for jealous.”

“But you know how to sing a jingle,” said Alphabet Allie. “That makes me feel jolly. ‘J’ is for jingle and jolly.”

“I am jolly too,” said Janie.

“Merry Christmas,” said Alphabet Allie. “And jingle, jingle.”

“Merry Christmas to you as well,” laughed Janie.
