His creator and mentor, Stacey, plays an essential role in his survival; without her explanations and calming presence, Slushy would have melted away long ago. Through Slushy and Stacey, the stories gently illustrate the importance of curbing anger to stay healthy and make the world a kinder, more peaceful place.
