Mother’s Day Story Challenge 2017

Mother’s Day is on Sunday, May 14, 2017 this year. I am going to write 15 brand new Mother’s Day stories for you to read, like and share. I will start writing them right away. The first one should be posted within a few days. For all of these stories, I am going to choose 15 random characters and write a story about their mother’s. Some of the characters I will have written about their mothers in other stories and some I have never introduced their mother, as of yet. The characters I will be using for this challenge are:

1. Alphabet Allie – (I have not introduced her mother in any of the stories about her yet) – “M” is for Mother’s Day
2. Angry Baker – (I have not introduced his mother in any of the stories about him yet) – Angry Baker’s Mother’s Day Surprise
3. Billy Troll – (his mother loves his singing) – Billy Troll’s Mother’s Day Song
4. Bobby the Butcher – (he has a mother whom he has deep respect for) – Bobby the Butcher Closes the Butcher Shop for Mother’s Day
5. Forgetful Fred – (he has a mother whom he loves very much) – Forgetful Fred Forgot to Make Reservations for Mother’s Day
6. Frankie – (he has never talked about his mother) – Frankie Visits Mother on Mother’s Day
7. Hillbilly Bob – (he lives with his mother and father) – Hillbilly Bob Takes Mother for a Walk on Mother’s Day
8. Lil’ Rebel – (she lives with her mother and father) – Lil’ Rebel Behaves for Mother’s Day
9. Little Crow – (he considers his grandmother to be his mother) – Little Crow Looks After Grandmother on Mother’s Day
10. Mountain Kid – (he has a mother but has not talked to her since she tried to move him back to the city) – Mountain Kid Goes to the City for Mother’s Day
11. Mrs. Robin – (she is a mother to her three babies) – Mrs. Robin Loves Being a Mother
12. Pirate Pete – (he has a mother that sails with him sometimes) – Pirate Pete’s Mother’s Day at Sea
13. Poor Mountain Mother – (has two children and a husband to care for) – Poor Mountain Mother’s Family is Sick on Mother’s Day
14. Rat Boy – (lives with his mother and sister) – Rat Boy Buys Mother Flowers for Mother’s Day
15. Slow-Poke – (he lives with his mother on a farm) – Slow-Poke and the Marathon Race
