Sacrifice

In solemn silence, we gather here,
To honor those we hold so dear.
Through sacrifice, our freedom won,
Their battles fought, their duty done.

Remembering the days of war,
When nations clashed and hearts were sore.
Divided lands, a world in strife,
Yet hope endured through pain and life.

The hurt and loss we can’t forget,
In silent tribute, tears are met.
For every soul who paid the cost,
We stand united, never lost.
