Subway Sam Stories

Inspired by the author’s 2001 subway commute to work in downtown Toronto, Subway Sam is an everyday commuter who rides the train daily and offers a helping hand to anyone in need. Acknowledging that transit systems worldwide can sometimes feel scary and unsafe, Sam’s stories encourage all of us to look out for one another and be a “Subway Sam” whenever someone requires help.
