Though he’s reserved, he has a powerful way of protecting his boundaries: when someone gets too close, he lets out a loud scream to ask for space. But there’s one friend who truly understands him—Jamie. She respects E. Egg’s need for solitude and never chases him, which is exactly why E. Egg considers her the best friend one could have.
