Bluey Bluebird and a Happy Spring Day

“I am a happy little bluebird,” said Bluey Bluebird, flying through the forest.

Bluey had every right to be happy. It was a beautiful spring day. The sun was shining through the leaves, dazzling onto the forest floor. It made the whole forest very happy.

As Bluey flew around, she spotted a big dark cloud. She hoped the cloud would drift away from the forest. She didn’t want the cloud to ruin her happy mood. She didn’t want the cloud to ruin the happy mood of everyone in the forest.

“Please cloud,” said Bluey. “Please go away. I want to be happy.”

Bluey continued to watch the cloud. She saw it was heading closer and closer in the direction of the forest. She thought it would be best to warn the other animals that the cloud was heading that way.

“There is a big dark cloud heading our way,” said Bluey. “Please stay safe.”

“Thank you,” said Mrs. Turtle, sticking her head out from her shell. “You are as sweet as blueberry for letting us know. However, you are also silly because we can all see the cloud. I have been watching it for a while now.”

“Oh look,” said Bluey, pointing to the cloud. “It is finally moving away from us.”

“I am so glad,” said Mrs. Turtle.

“Me too,” said Bluey. ” “Now we can still be happy.”

“Yes,” said Mrs. Turtle. “That does sound good.”
