Little Crow – Christmas Story

“It is so nice to be here at the Christmas Building for the holidays,” said Little Crow.

“It is nice to have you here,” said Lost Christmas Tree. “I hope you enjoy your stay. I have been having a problem this Christmas. I bought gifts for all the residents of the Christmas Building but I don’t feel right handing them out. I feel some Storyland characters do not know the meaning of Christmas and have not done any good deeds this year. What does Christmas mean to you and what good deed have you done this year?”

“Christmas, to me, means caring for others,” said Little Crow. “My grandmother has raised and cared for me since my mother abandoned me. Now that Grandmother is getting older, it is my turn to care for her. As for a good deed, I do chores and errands for my grandmother so she doesn’t have to. I don’t do these things to gain points with her. I do it because I love and care for my grandmother.”

“I am sure your grandmother appreciates everything you do for her, ” said Lost Christmas Tree.

“Yes,” said Little Crow. “I know she does.”

“Merry Christmas,” said Lost Christmas Tree, handing Little Crow his Christmas gift.

“Thank you,” said Little Crow. “Merry Christmas to you tool”

Moral of this Story:
