Fred tried working in an office once, but it wasn’t for him. He discovered that he’s happiest when he’s outside, working with his hands and the earth. Farming requires lots of planning and hard work, and sometimes things don’t go as expected, but Fred and his family keep trying no matter what. There’s something special about sitting down to eat a meal knowing that most of the food was grown right there on their own farm.
