Santa Claus – Bonus Christmas Story

“This is such a surprise!” cried Lost Christmas Tree, seeing Santa Claus approach the Christmas Building.

“It is Christmas Eve,” said Santa Claus. “I wanted to give you your Christmas gift.”

Lost Christmas Tree couldn’t believe that Santa Claus had given him a Christmas gift. He was shocked when Santa placed a bright star on top of him.

“Thank you so much!” cried Lost Christmas Tree.

“So,” said Santa Claus. “I understand you were having a problem with Christmas this year. Were you able to resolve your problem?”

“I felt that Christmas was lost to me this year,” said Lost Christmas Tree. “I felt some of the Storyland characters didn’t know the meaning of Christmas and that they hadn’t done any good deeds this year. However, after speaking to all 22 residents of the Christmas Building, I have to admit that I was wrong. Christmas means something different to each resident and that is how it should be. Also, I am amazed at all the good deeds all these residents have done. Hearing their stories has restored Christmas to me.”

“I am very happy to hear that,” said Santa Claus. “Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas!”

Moral of this Story:

  • Christmas means something different to everyone.
  • Example: Lost Christmas Tree found out that Christmas means something different to each of the 22 residents of the Christmas Building.
