No Trash

“It is a windy spring day,” said Daddy Blue Bug. “We should be able to find lots of trash today.”

“I sure hope so,” said Mommy Blue Bug. “Our home is starting to look rundown. Something strange is going on with those human characters in Storyland. They are scarce and therefore not leaving us any trash.”

“I heard they are afraid of a bug of some kind,” said Daddy Blue Bug.

“We are bugs,” said Mommy Blue Bug. “Are they hiding from us?”

“Oh dear, no,” said Daddy Blue Bug. “The bug they are hiding from is invisible. It makes the characters very sick.”

“I don’t blame them then for hiding from that nasty bug,” said Mommy Blue Bug.

“Me either,” said Daddy Blue Bug. “We will just have to work harder to find their trash.”

“You know,” said Daddy Blue Bug. “I have seen the characters carry bags out to a bin every few days. I wonder if that is trash.”

“Let’s find out,” said Mommy Blue Bug.

Daddy Blue Bug and Mommy Blue Bug were in heaven when they checked the bins. They found all kinds of trash. They took the trash, chewed it up and made their mulch with it.

“Looks like we don’t have to worry about running out of trash during this coryvirus,” said Daddy Blue Bug.

“At least our home will look beautiful,” said Mommy Blue Bug.

Moral of this Story:

  • Always be creative when an ingredient you need is missing.
  • Example: The Blue Bugs couldn’t find trash to turn into mulch because of the coryvirus so they started looking in dfferent places and found some in a garbage bin.
