PuttPutts Stories
PuttPutts broke her toe on the bottom step of her beach cottage but refused to acknowledge the injury, continuing her daily chores for weeks until the damage worsened beyond denial. Forced to wear a heavy protective boot, she found herself battling sand that poured inside with every stride, defeating the boot’s purpose. When a perceptive black cat led her to a tangled pile of colorful elastics, PuttPutts sat in the sand beside her unlikely helper, holding the boot and the elastics in her hands, waiting for the moment when the solution would finally click into place.
