Lives in: Storyland Canada – Bug World
Based on: George lives in the wild green valley, a lush place filled with hundreds of different kinds of plants. His older brother once dared him to taste a leaf from every plant growing there, thinking it would take George a very long time. George finished the original dare faster than his brother expected—and then he just kept going. As he tasted each new plant, he chewed his own list into a piece of bark, scratching in every plant name he could add. His brother has counted the names on that list twice, and so far, there are 47.

Character Notes
George’s list of 47 plant names, scratched carefully into bark, shows just how seriously he takes his self-appointed mission. What started as his older brother’s dare has become George’s own personal quest, and he shows no signs of slowing down. Even the valley’s stinging nettles, which George has heard plenty of warnings about, haven’t scared him off—he still means to taste a leaf from every plant in the valley, nettles included.
