Goodie Dreamer Stories

Goodie Dreamer is a character caught in a trap entirely of her own making — her longing for connection is real, but her terror of being pitied is stronger than her desire to actually connect. She holds herself to standards so impossibly high that failure is guaranteed before anything begins, and she calls that protection. Underneath the ribbons and the matching teacups is someone deeply lonely who has convinced herself that a perfect party is the only kind worth having — and that no party at all is safer than an imperfect one.
