Meet Tilly, the Wicked Witch

Welcome to the “Meet Tilly, the Wicked Witch” page. Tilly is a character I created for my Halloween Story Challenge 2019.

Tilly spends all day making big batches of evil spells in her huge cauldron. She has a spell book which lists all the ingredients she needs. However, she always substitutes the ingredients for something else but then she wonders why her spells never work. She will then blame her failure on everything and anything else.

Tilly has a black cat, Joey. Joey does not like her much and she always seems to get scratched or bitten by him.

Tilly is a very evil person. She also yells and screams at the top of her lungs at everything and anything.
